    The article indicates that Trump said that the breached wall was designed during a previous administration, not that it was built during a previous administration, and even admits that the statement Trump made was technically true.

    built? designed? Not really relevant as this is a wall he had commissioned as a prototype. The reality is, he was trying to mislead the people like he often does. He also claimed the Democrats requested a steel slat wall which has been denied as being true.

    many levels of assumption. Kind of like guessing. There are wild guesses with no substance to back it to highly educated guesses that may not be able to be 100% proven but strong evidence to suggest a logical conclusion.

    You wouldn't be able to do anything otherwise, you'd be too busy testing the air to make sure it is ok to breathe, testing the ground to make sure it's solid enough to walk on, etc.
