Is this true? They showed a graph after the game that said we clinched 9 tonight

If we're down 0.5 games to 3 teams. We lose Thursday and the other 3 teams win, I think that would put us in 11th, right?

According to Dwight Jaynes, CJ has been playing with fracture in his lower back.

Fair, as he did have an incredible season topped off by a Championship. But for a career, It's Dame, Not Clyde.

Yeah, whatever you saw was wrong. We win against he Nets and we get the 8th spot in the play-in no matter what but if we lose the Spurs, Memphis and Suns all can pass us with a win. We have to beat the Nets and we will.

They are on a three game winning streak and rested their staters today.
Going to another nail biter, but that cool we will win.

Seriously? That's awful. Now i know there are all kinds of fractures, but none are good. Might explain a lack of explosion to the hoop.

so tired of this shit. Injured players not only playing, but playing long minutes even when they suck.

Would have guessed it was Dame with the fracture considering how hard he's carrying the team.

That sucks that he's in pain... bench him. If he wants to tough it out and it won't impact his future health, fine but bring him off the bench to play in spurts when the offense needs some punch but don't start the guy. He isn't the right guy to start when healthy so he definitely shouldn't be starting with that injury... just watch the games, it's totally obvious that he shouldn't be playing the minutes Stotts is playing him.

The thing is if you seat CJ for Zach, they are going to still not guard zach. No matter how bad CJ is shooting, they are not going to leave him alone.

Yeah but the problem is that no matter how bad CJ is, he's going to keep shooting and not passing. He'll also keep playing the same "defense".

Right but Zach was hitting more shots than CJ today and he actually plays defense... so the obvious move, if you aren't being irrationally sentimental is to bring CJ off the bench, especially if he is playing through a fractured vertebrae.

Will certainly agree with that! Some of my friends my age won't like it though!
