Olshey should have both scouted and signed before the playoffs.

I got tired of the Praise the Lord.

Even if you are a believer, doesn't god have more important things to worry about?
West Virginia has no water, California is in drought, Iraq, Syria, South Sudan and Central African Republic in state of war, Australia with record heat wave, factories collapse killing thousands in Bangla Desh, but all god really wants is one group of millionaires to prevail over another?

Please. You can thank god for giving you talent, if that's what you believe, but if god decided the outcome, does that mean the other team weren't good enough Christians? Or god is from Seattle and not SF? God loves the Yankees?

I have no problem with Sherman, asking him to be Damian Lillard is like asking me to be Lady Gaga. I'm not.

Exactly. The game threads are kind of fun unless your team is getting their asses kicked and then it is an emotional venting opportunity. Sometimes it is best to wait an hour to calm down. The players are no exception. They need time to come down from a very emotional battle.

I just rolled my eyes at the rant and thought it was a classless to bring Crabtree into the mix. Talk yourself up all you want but keep his name out of your mouth.

I was much more disapointed by his article in SI where he says he doesn't want to be a villian and shouldn't be judged off what he does on the field. Dude talks more than anyone else, pushes the boundries on physical play, and goes off on rants in front of millions of people, but we can't judge him on any of that? It's a pattern of behavior with him that speaks just as much to who he is as all the great charity work he does. It's all a part of who he is, but we don't get to pick and choose what people judge us based off of. I was also hoping he'd embrace the bad boy image and run with it on the field like the Pistons of 25 years ago, instead he backed off the comments.

I want to hear every male athlete's penis length in an interview. A gay male friend of mine says he's not a size queen but he can be impressed. Personally, I'm not impressed, just an information junkie.

Sherman took it a little too far IMO, but I like the candid/say what is really on your mind response. Much better than the boring crap most athletes say.
Who wants a Greg Popovich type during a game interview... zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.
