    Hello darkness, my old friend
Supposedly Rodriguez intrigues D'Antoni. I think he's dreaming a bit too hard if he really thinks Rodriguez can be his new Nash, but yaneverknow.

Anyway, as far as Duhon goes, I think he's a decent backup point guard but not an upgrade on what Portland already has. He had some raw stats success in D'Antono's up-tempo offense, but his efficiency remained very low. I'd be surprised if Pritchard had interest in Duhon. I could imagine interest in Nate Robinson, but supposedly Portland hasn't actually shown any interest.

I think Pritchard's interest is in the #8 pick.

Do you really think we would move Rudy to get Rubio? KP would want those two playing together. Come on man!

Name me one team who has made a run to the finals or NBA finals in the past 5 years that hasn't added or already had veteran leadership on their roster.

I think I just realized what Sergio is like:

All that flash and sizzle, but no substance.

I'm just glad we got rid of him.

The downside is we won't get any more MARIS posts. :(

You mean the one that had significant contributions from Eric Snow, Zydrunas Ilgauskus, Donyell marshall, and Damon Jones?

Sure it does. He distributes that ball to both teams with great regularity.

Seemed you were trying to imply they didn't have veteran leadership or contributions with your original post.

Hey. I totally would love to keep them together, but I don't see Memphis wanting Bayless or Webster (which would be the other two young talents we could offer in Rudy's place.

Conley might have to take a backseat. Mayo and Rudy would be an awesome backcourt.

by the way here are Eric Snow's playoff #'s from that year..

"Snow played in 19 of the 20 Cavaliers playoff games. He averaged 1.7 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.5 assists."

And Damon Jones stats in the playoffs

    "2.4 points, .8 Rebounds, and 1.0 Assists"

    And Donyell Marshalls

    "3.5 points, 2.2 rebounds, .3 assists."
