I would think so. He played well with the Pelicans.

Sounds a lot like last summer, minus the LaParture.

At least last summer we knew we could push and have cap space the following summer. That's not the case anymore. What you see is what you get. If we re-sign all our RFAs, we will have roughly the same team and very little chance of changing that unless we make a trade.

I think we will have to make a trade this season especially if Vonleh steps up like so many are expecting. Turner, Harkless, Aminu and potentially Layman all vying for time at the 3. Aminu, Vonleh, Meyers, Davis and Layman all capable of playing the 4.

He's somehow an RFA with New Orleans.

Draft Express says Napier is 6-1 with shoes, and 5-11 without shoes. He has big shoes to fill.

Brian Roberts is a good shooter. I'd rather keep him. He is 6-2.5, and 6-1. So he's from 1 1/2 to 2 inches taller.

Roberts .357 career from 3 Napier .327 not a huge difference.

Why? I'd have rather kept Roberts.

He's fun to watch, at least.

He'll be stealing ALL the minutes that went to Luis Montero last year.

    Those are last season's numbers.

Your point was good. Career is Napier .347 vs. Roberts .353. But Roberts is a good all-around shooter, and Napier a 3-point specialist.

Not since David Kahn was fired, anyway.

Can't disagree with that not too concerned overall based on role and PT.
