Magic clearly had a better career, but Shaq in his prime vs. Magic in his prime is less clearcut, though I'd tend to give the edge to magic who led his team to 5 titles in 9 years and 9 finals appearances in 12 years and whose prime lasted far longer, and yielded more MVPs.
