Not having Shaq is killing us. And, it deffinately isn't good for him at his age and were his health is at. So hopefully he recovers and can finish up with a good season. Because, I see him retiring after this year.

This is bad not only for the Heat, but I think this will really stifle Shaq and the rest of his career. He is still strong, but I am not sure if he will be able to get nearly as vertical as he has been able to. He also might get out of shape sitting out for a month.

I am looking forward to seeing a Kobe-Wade match up. I could care less if Shaq plays or not.

I don't even think The Heat and the Lakers should of been the christmas day game this year. When shaq and kobe kind of settled their beef last year it basically ended the excitment for this game, oviously I'm still going to watch since I love basketball. I remember awhile ago reading in a magazine other matchups people would like to see since the kobe and shaq thing kind of loss it's edge, some were the lakers vs suns, cavs vs heat, Lakers vs clippers and a few others I can't think of.

Miami fans have zero right to bi*ch about shaq getting injured. They traded for 1-2 years of him and the championship, they got every break they could have and got that, they're still a playoff team without shaq and shaq will accept a cheap buyout.

They won't buy him out, and he won't retire.

One minor knee surgery is not going to end his career.
