That's usually the local sheriff....Looney tunes used that as well I believe! Sort of like whippersnapper!
I can't find Lucia. Been calling and searched garden. She normally comes in late afternoon. Called and called.
She just came home. I know it's safer if they don't go out, but she spent her first year feral. She is hungry.
Glad to hear. We have 4 cats, and they are all 100% indoor. Not sure we could live through the worry of outdoor cats. Plus, as a bird biologist, it would be pretty lame of me to have outdoor cats.
I know cats should be indoors... but we've always had outdoor cats. They keep the number of rodents down. And I can't stand the smell of a litter box. <sigh> I know I need to move them inside...
Started off as a news reporter down here in South Texas before moving over to sports. I've seen a lot of tragic shit with babies being flung from cars in accidents, peoples homes burning to ash, dead decomposed bodies in the middle of ranches. But the one that still sticks with me over a decade later is we got a call of a young kid, 8 years old, that died after he took a gunshot to the chest because him and his buddy were messing around with the dads gun. I remember we were on the scene before the parents even got home and standing across the street as the mother ran into the house. All I could hear was "that's my son, oh my God, that's my son" along with the screaming after it ... still to this day I can close my eyes and put myself right back in that moment even 11 years later.
