You really think he would fly in, dunk and fly home and not hang out? As much as i wanted to watch him, is rather have him watching tape than flying to a dunk contest.
No, but I also don't think he's going to be "working on his game" the whole time he'd otherwise be in SLC. If he is going to stay at home because watching film is so important, then I imagine he'd be able to watch film, go dunk, and watch more film.
Maybe he just doesn't want to go to SLC. I lived there 13 years ago and have never had any desire to go back.
19 year olds get distracted easily. Less distractions at home. “Hey rook, come have dinner with us.” “Hey rook hit the club with us. Its an 18 and over dejavu!” “hey rook,” “Hey rook” “Hey rook” Non of that at home. Just sayin this is a mature decision.
Shit happens...Shaedon might have his eyes on some time alone with someone special ...he's 19 .hangin' out with the dudes in Utah might not be how he wants to use his break
Sharpe has been just fine, and instead of collecting cobwebs on the bench for a lottery team, he should be able to figure stuff out on the court for a lottery team. I find it laughable that he's going to actually be a better player by skipping the slam dunk contest. It's not like there's a surgery or something that he's going to get a turbo boost.
