I am running into issues shipping international packages and it all has to do with the new gov policies and updated websites not being smooth. For example i had to ship an overnight item yesterday to South Korea. However the ACE website that i meed to enter info into would not give me my shipping IES number i need to complete the process, for 6 hours. Needless to say the package didn't go put yesterday and went put today. But now its stalled at a dock because it was scheduled yesterday but everything shows today. Now the customer paid for overnight international shipping and the package will not be there today as needed. There is no one to foot the bill to, as this was a government delay the shipper/carrier/receiver have no control over…. typical government bs.
Mother’s Day presents showed up a day early. Things running smooth over here in the hood…..probably the Zags guy taking care of business.
