Couldn't you have just made that one post...anyways. I've heard no rumors about Claxton to Los Angeles and nothing about NVE wanting to go back to Dallas. If you had links to where you saw this, it'd be nice. But, yea, I've heard nothing.
Interesting...I always thought Fisher wanted a starting job...I just don't see that happening in GS with Nick and Speedy there. Ah well, I wish the big hearted guy the very best.
I really don't think he cared about starting with that kind of money on the table. This is A LOT more than anyone expected to be offered to Fisher, and I'm sure he jumped to them immediately without even caring about starting. As loyal as he has been in L.A. he would have never made anything near that much, and to have that kind of money security is something he can't pass up. I'm happy for Fisher, and I appreciate everything he has done for us in L.A. I wish him the best in San Fancisco.
good luck in g-state fish...and congratulations to the warriors...fisher is a class act that will never be booed at staples, even if he decided to leave us, im sure all us laker fans understand why...thanks for the 7 good seasons though fish...you will be missed...everyone seriously needs to stop talking about how bad the lakers are gonna be cuz they traded shaq...they woulda been worse off this year and in the coming years if they hadnt...and i'd be glad to explain why to anyone who needs to hear it so long as they're not gonna say 'but but but shaq is the most dominant player in the game you retard...so how can trading him make them better?' if thats you're argument, dont waste my time...im too damn smart for a debate of that calliber
I sure hope there is a trade or 2 in the works...Fish makes way too much money to be content in being a 6th man. He should have signed with the Rockets. They are the Lakers of the future.
How does Fisher making a lot of money make him less happy about not starting. I'd think that's the only incentive about going there. He's going to make a lot of money and won't start. Maybe if he wasn't making $37 mil over the next 6 years, I could see him unhappy and wanting out to go somehwere where he will start. But, what you said makes no sense. The money will make him happier and make him worry less about starting in my opinion.
I am speaking from a Warriors fan point of view. He makes too much money to just want to sit back, get a tan and enjoy watching games. He makes twice as much as Speedy right now. He better be starting. But Speedy has owned Fish in the past, and he will own the starting spot, so why sign Fish, especially to make twice as much as Speedy?
0.4 was all he had left FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS, EVERY GUARD THAT PLAYED AGAINST FISHER LIT HIM UP LIKE A CHRISTMAS TREE, HE HAD NO BUSINESS EVEN BEING ON AN NBA ROSTER, HE SHOT 30% FROM THE FLOOR LAST YEAR AND COULDN'T LEAD A HORSE TO WATER ON AN ISLAND. HIS CAP SPACE CAN BE USED TO GET ANOTHER TYRON LUE OR SOMEBODY THAT CAN ACTUALLY KEEP UP WITH SOME OF THE GUARDS IN THE WEST.

Here's A Question For Laker & Warrior Fans?? What's Up With The Fish??? Laker Fans:Did The Lakers Even Try to Resign Fish,Or No Effort Peroid was done, and Why did He Walk? Warrior Fans: I Don't see how you could even sign him, when you already Have Claxton and others in the Wings?? This seems so Weird that Fisher was one day a Laker, the Next A Warrior The Reason I'm asking,is this transaction is so weird, and Strange.I'd never expect this to happen,in my lifetime??
I guess Fisher made the right decision to test free agency... and he got this multi year contract, i guess it's well deserved. But no question asked whether or not he would start next season because it ain't happening as long as Nick and Speedy are in town. I guess he wouldn't make comments about wanting to start anymore because he already secures the money... and he's just a good role player but never a good starter.
It looks like NVE wont be at the bay by the time the season starts. There are a lot of trade rumors with him going to NY. If Fish wont be starting, he'll at least be getting a good amount of playing time.
I knew he was gone but didn't hear about where he went to. I really thought he was with Houston. Wow, for some reason I can't watch sportscenter all the way through or visit nba.com.
