    In true boomer fashion. They quit en masse, and then flip the script and blame work shortages on the younger generation not wanting to work.

    I work in recruiting. Millennials and gen xers are refusing work. Unlike ever before.

    Someone we just hired had 6 years of experience. They said our offer was 40% higher than what they were making. Maybe that's why we are getting applicants. Other folks aren't paying well enough. Most of our applicants have been milennials or gen xers the last few recruitments.
