Funny. Walton was almost 10 yrs previous to Jordan. But the result was similar. Walton, Lloyd Neal, Bob Gross, were all never the same after 1978. And I remember hearing at the time we shipped out Lucas and Hollins because of cocaine use as well as salary demands.
Sabonis is one of those guys that would get an exception from my "rules". Just because he was simply one of the greatest to ever play the game, and his entire NBA career was with the Blazers.
