There's no way I'd give Baron any more than 3 years unless it's at a ridiculously cheap price, meaning like under $10M per, which would never happen. This franchise is in a really good financial position for the first time in many, many years (and will be even better after next season), with the biggest FA offseason coming up shortly. Blowing that kind of cash on Baron (while I totally understand the arguments for it) is just too risky.
