Should the Death Penalty be invoked for Mass Financial Fraud?

    I'm inclined to believe it takes a sick and twisted mind to molest and kill a child, at least in the vast majority of cases. Executing the mentally disturbed isn't very civilized.

    This man has ruined lives. 90 year old men are forced to look for work. People's life savings are gone. Your take is so crass.

    yes, and he should go to prison forever. I still don't put it on the same field as murder.

    sure there are. depression, mental problems, family troubles...financial problems, while being a cause for suicide is not the end all/be all...there are mental issues for anyone who commits suicide to begin with.

    Losing a fortune or finaces will not kill someone, there are always external factors at play. While it may possibly play a part, you can't say that it "killed them".
