I think bringing up Nic's stats from the last two years as not making him able to be a shooting guard don't work that well, mainly b/c it wasn't until late last year (and this year) that he actually started posting up smaller players and/or taking them inside and/or shooting over the top of them. He's come a long way from looking ridiculous against nash in the playoffs to today, when he was posting up and shooting over the likes of Boobie Gibson.

Like Ibaka, Sanders is a nice help defender/shotblocker -- lousy post defender.

He's putting up nice stats though.

As the self-selected Board Historian, I'm here to educate our youth. A couple of years before Carson retired, these 3 competed to replace him, by guest-hosting during his vacations. Garry Shandling already had the Larry Sanders show on HBO, I think.

Bucks got killed by the Hornets (still without Davis) but Sanders got 7 blocks! He's putting up Mutombo block numbers.

Watching Sanders the last week he really does look like a clone of Theo Ratliff.

Speaking of the Hornets. Austin Rivers has been pathetic.

Not sure how people didn't see that one coming. He was a straight-up cancer at Duke. Just look at how good they're doing right now without him. I have a few good friends that are diehard Duke fans, and they couldn't wait to get rid of him. We'd watch Duke games and just clown on the guy. He epitomizes "addition by subtraction" when it comes to Duke basketball.

A point guard that's turnover prone? A point guard that's a poor facilitator? A point guard that's overconfident and a poor shooter? If Monty weren't Doc's undercover lover, Austin Rivers would have a hard time finding playing time in the league.
