Im just so fustrated in games which we should be winning. We dont have no defense...and we paid Dalembert and Korver just way too much. Sure Dalembert had a nice game vs PHX, but he not consistant. Only thing consistant about him is his foul troubles. You know its going to be a short game for him when he gets them two fouls in the first qtr. He just never recovers, and always ends up picking up lame fouls. Also on note about Dalembert consistancy is his Goaltending. Why? why does he need to have atleast one goaltending each game?

If they trade Dalembert, the Sixers will be spending thenext 5 years looking for someone to replace him. Big men like Sammy D do not grow on trees.

The thing is Sam hasn't grown as a basketball player, he still seems to be in his own world like a rookie playing his first game or something. It has also been rumored that Dalembert is saying AI is shooting to much, and is lazy and skips practice in such. Dalembert thinks cause he has big money that he is some big shot center. He barely has any inside presence on offense, because I've never even seen him do a post move before and he likes shooting jumpers. Not to mention on defense his awareness is horrible as well.

But the thing is Dalembert has not been playing basketball period for very long, so hopefully he can develop someday. But right now it is definitely frustrating to watch him play.

Dalembert criticizes AI ALL THE TIME... don't even bother with it. I mean, the guy bashed AI for sitting practice out with his ankle sprain, and what did Dalembert do? He was sitting practice out with his own injury.

Sam should be thanking AI for his new contract. He could have got a lot more too if he learned to catch those passes AI throws to him beautifully, and learns NOT to travel twice a game.

I said it before and I will say it again, we need to bring in a big man coach to work with Samuel his talent will go to waste. Like B-22 said Sammy did not grow up with the game of basketball. There for his instinct and basketball IQ is relatively low, sure he averages a bundle of blocks and rebounds, but there are more than a dozen possessions during the course of games where you just wonder what is he thinking? Last night against the Lakers was another example two goal tending calls as well stupid fouls when rotating late on defense.

I don’t think we necessarily overpaid for him he is still a good big man, however, when you make an investment you have to follow through with it, and the Sixers are not doing that. They have offered no guidance to Sammy once so ever. They not only have no big man coach, but also have no veteran center that can teach him how to improve his game. Chris Webber does not really fit the mentor role so I don’ think Dalembert has really received any type of advice from anyone. I personally think the 76ers should bring in guy like Corie Blount, who during his time in Chicago, was often noted as a key contributor to Chandler and Curry’s development.

What about Jamal Mashburn's expiring contract?

Trade that along with Salmons or a shot blocking, Steven Hunter should bring us a decent player in return.
