Like I said...Give true incentive. First, the fans, in my opinion, should be just that...fans. Nothing more. Having them vote the starters is a huge mistake. Think of other sports and hall of famers and how important being in the allstar game or probowl is. Pretty big factor and letting the fans dictate who starts is not good for long term fame in my opinion. The NBA and the teams who have players competing need to give more incentive. Bonuses. The injury rule doesn't work either, because you can get injured anytime during the season. It helps a teams publicity by having players in the competitions, so I see it as a win win all the way around. How big the bonuses should be? up for debate. Lol.
Another thing the NBA could do is turn the dunk contest into something like more of an assist\showboating competition. So two or three players would have to work together and the assist could come from anywhere basically.
That makes no sense. Minutes in the NBA is minutes in the NBA. You can say he's playing poorly (he is), but he's also 19 years old and learning on the job.
Maybe he's extremely intellectual, like Mensa smart, and we just bore him with our conversation. So in order to be entertained he decided to turn this forum into his own case study. ....Or maybe even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while.
No just another example of how it's ok to watch teams other than the Blazers. #LeaguePassFAMS Sent from my Baller-Ass 5.5" iPhone 6+......... FAMS
Okay now I know you're lying! No one in their right mind would go out of their way to watch Utah, unless you are a Utah fan!
He had 28 dunks on the season in game didn't he? not much to watch there in terms of dunking w/ league pass. 90% of the people who watched the dunk contest had Lavine winning didn't they? Not much of a prediction slippin.
