Bingo. Our offense is stupid simple, and relies solely on the greatness of Dame/CJ.

It's pretty easy to tell when someone is writing in a language they aren't fluent in.

So I see that this was the predictable shit storm thread following an ugly loss that shouldn't have been a loss. I was in a similar mood last night after the game. Glad I stepped away from the keyboard.

Trying to keep a bit of perspective on this. It was a back-to-back road game against a rested opponent and it showed, especially in the 4th quarter. No Harkless. Aminu coming back from injury and being worse than useless on the offensive end. So damned many missed point-blank shots. Dame and CJ both were totally off in the second half. Those things are situational and aren't indicative of a long term problem.

On the other hand, last night just cemented the fact that the Blazers have absolutely no answer for a team that has a talented scoring center. Fortunately, there aren't many of those in the league. It also seems to me that in both of the past two games opposing coaches have been able to make halftime adjustments to their defenses and greatly slow the Blazers' offense in the second half. Not sure if that's a trend or just something that happened in those two games. I'm beginning to wonder if coaches are sorting out Stotts' offense and are changing up their defenses in more effective ways.

While I am upset about how we lost last night, you've got to keep things in perspective. Last season at this point, we were 10-14, on our way to finishing December at 14-21. We wouldn't see .500 again until February 10th. It's still WAY too early to throw in the towel on this team.

I hear ya - and I fully believe we're going to win a bunch of games later in the season...especially when you see how soft our late-season schedule is. But, until the Playoffs I'm always more concerned with how we play than our W/L record. The way this team plays is abysmal. Making up for these losses with wins against lotto teams later in the season isn't going to do anything other than create a false sense of accomplishment.

The team is simply not good. I'll still enjoy watching them and cheering them on, but this team has so many issues it really is unbelievable. They have so many different things to work on and try and improve to even make the playoffs, one of which includes Olshey trying to make a trade because this roster is very flawed in my opinion. But as has been mentioned the NBA is a marathon, not a race, we were in a worse position last year at this point, but turned it around. The guys can do it, but I'm worried about how many different things they need to try and improve on just to do it.

This team IS good......46 wins good. Not better than the Warriors or Spurs as some on here seem to think and don't get called out for it.

It's definitely too early to throw in the towel.

They just need to make a few changes to the game plan and get ready to kick ass for the rest of the month!

@BrunoSOC Your English is good enough. Must people here have no problem understanding you, and anyone who makes fun if it is an asshole.

StrenPokerDog is the biggest asshole on this board, don't listen to him.

@Tunchi Its funny how you know English is his 2nd language but you said "Don't trip" and "I get you" to him in one sentence.
