I don't understand. You have cars staking out both locations and just allow them to keep coming? Licence plate number? The police don't confront or follow them? Nothing? Have you tried driving to the home of the accused woman for signs of the same car you see in the video? Does your sister know of any of the girls' associates who match the description of the people on the video? Scary stuff. Be safe.
