The amount of petty crimes in Portland area is getting out of hand. Luckily they didn’t take your catalytic converter. This is happening because thief’s know they can get away with it. I was coming back from Hood River and drove I-84 from 205 to I-5 and then I-5 through North Portland. What a dump the city has become. Looks like a 3rd world country these days. It will get even worse once the eviction ban is lifted.

MickZagger, Portland is no worse than most big cities in this country. As for catalytic converters, I've heard they're going to pass a law that says the buyer must have ID from the seller and only reputable sources may sell catalytic converters.
