He may be the 2nd option behind Gasol this season, and in the Grizzlies new up-tempo offense, he could really flourish with his style of play. I look for his scoring numbers to increase a lot and I think he'll be a valuable defensive player as well.</div>I agree with you, Conley should compliment Gay great. This season he'll have a solid athletic PG with great court vision to feed off of rather than Chucky Atkins. As you said he'll likely be the second option and will clearly flourish running the floor. I expect at least a solid 15 PPG from Rudy Gay this upcoming season.I will also watch out for Tyrus Thomas. After a slow start to the season with Chicago, Thomas found his niche on the team near the end of the season. He was doing great feeding off of the Hinrich, Deng, and Gordon trio while being one of the best hustle players in the league last season. Now that he's added range to his arsenal, I expect a solid 7-10 PPG and 6 RPG for him. Sadly the drafting of Joakim Noah and signing of Joe Smith will limit Thomas's playing time.Other players I expect to improve:Andrea BargnaniRandy FoyeAdam Morrison

I think it's gonna be Gay. I think if he gets consistent minutes he could be great. I'm thinking atleast 15/5/2. My honorable mention has gotta be Rondo, and that's no homer pick.

He had some shining moments last season, and if Pierce can stay healthy, along with Ray Allen and Al Jefferson, he'll have some very solid options to give the ball to, making him look better and at the same time, helping him grow quicker.
