So the Joint Chiefs recommended having a Space Corp, a Corp is different than a Force. The Marine Corp is part of the Navy. The Space Corp would be part of the Air Force. Nope, Trump wants to go full democrat/big guberment. Space Force means much more bureaucracy, generals, a Space Force Academy, and the cost of turning the Pentagon into a Hexagon.
Millennials, the least employed generation in the history of America, contributing practically nothing to Social Security, nevertheless want it to support them.
A necessary move, and an economical one. Few Air force recruits or even leaders have the education or training needed and the Air Force would siphon off the funds for their own pet projects just as they do with our underused Marine Corps.
