Corey Brewer, my mock draft is going well

Got the first 7, but slip in Jeff Green to #5 and mines perfect thereafter

China's Yi goes to Bucks with No. 6 pick
Thursday, June 28, 2007 08:11 PM NEW YORK (Ticker) - Yi Jianlian is going to the Milwaukee Bucks. But not if he has anything to say about. Yi's representatives have prevented the Bucks from working out their client during the NBA Pre-Draft camps. ESPN also is reporting that there is a possibility that he will not show up in Milwaukee.
The Bucks, for their part, have said that they plan on keeping the lanky forward, telling the network that he is a "big piece of the puzzle." His resume certainly suggests as much. Considered the next big prospect out of China after Yao Ming, Yi has a very different game than the Houston Rockets superstar.
At 7-0, he has a very nice shooting stroke, which he can extend out to at least 22 feet. Despite being rather thin, Yi has spent enough time in the post to know how to use his height against shorter opponents.
The league has seen plenty of perimeter-oriented big men have success, including reigning MVP Dirk Nowitzki. However, even Nowitzki had to get used to the NBA's physical style, shying away from taking the ball to the basket.
Yi, who has a very similar body type, is very weak and has played his entire career in Asia, where finesse has always trumped strength. He will find out quickly - as Nowitzki did - that successful NBA players use a combination of skill and strength in their play.

Wallyworld in Seattle
They got a shooter to replace Allen.
If Wally's healthy, they could be VERY good.

Got to think Wright would go to the Bobcats. I could see the Cats passing on him given MJ's bad experience with youth, but then again, he would look like a decent fit next to Okafor. And he's a UNC guy.

Book it.

Timberwolves selected F Brewer with No. 7 selection
Thursday, June 28, 2007 08:16 PM NEW YORK (Ticker) - If Kevin Garnett is not traded, he will receive a great complementary player. With the No. 7 pick in Thursday's NBA draft, the Minnesota Timberwolves selected forward Corey Brewer.
Arguably the best defender in college basketball last season, Brewer was an underrated member of the Gators' back-to-back national championship teams.
He proved as much when he was named MVP of the Final Four, despite not being an overwhelming offensive player. In fact, the 6-9 Brewer may be the rare player that was drafted because of his defensive prowess.
Extremely athletic, he can guard both guard spots with his impressive combination of size and athleticism. He does not have a reliable jump shot and will not take a game over with the ball in his hands.
However, he will be ready to contribute right away. And despite not being known for his scoring ability, Brewer stepped up and scored when his team needed him most - a theme throughout his college career.
It was most evident in the postseason for Brewer, who finished his time with Gators as the school's all-time scoring leader in the NCAA Tournament with 198 career points.
Brewer also was twice named to the Final Four All-Tournament Team and ranked second on the team in scoring (13.2 ppg) and assists (2.9 apg) en route to being named to the All-Southeastern Conference first team.

True, but some girl just said that Jordan wants a trade (reading between the lines) - they'd rather a veteran
Brandon Wright .. Jordan loves his UNC connections

So, can someone tell me about this kid - no idea about him.

So what happens to Sacramento now, Do they take Spencer Hawes?
