Saw Girardi being interviewed by Heidi Watney on 30 Clubs in 30 Days. Joe G looked sharp in that Phillies uni but also strange after all those years wearing Yankee Stripes. Had a pretty positive view of his club. That NL East is a tough division so I wish the best of luck to Joe G.

Joe's looking fit! Good 2C him back on a field.
Looks like he could easily be a backup to Realmuto!

I wonder how much of a babysitting bonus he's getting to burp Harper??

I wish him tons of luck.

Gerrit Cole is everything the Detroit Tiger could wish. This afternoon the Tigers are shellacking Mr. Cole
for 6 earned runs, 4 of which are HRs thru 1 & 2/3 innings. As in the Detroit dugout the players are doing
somersaults and BaBoone, somewhere in the Yankee dugout, is nowhere to be found.

Who said the pitching is ahead of the hitting in ST? Not this afternoon in windy (the winds were blowing out)
Lakeland, Fla. Eleven HRs were hit in the Yankees-Tigers game. Detroit hit nine of those HRs as only
Higashioka could muster 2 for the Yankees. A combination of Cole, Montgomery & Cessa surrendered 14
of Detroit’s 15 runs. You could say today’s game was HR or bust.......Tigers hit the 4 baggers and the Yankees
went bust! Well, just a day’s fun when the games mean nothing.

I thought I heard someone banging on a trash can in the Tigers' dugout.

I wonder what kind of Scandal we're going to see come All-Star voting time. ?? If anybody gets in, you know, they stole votes. On a serious note, though- Who in their right mind would vote for any of them?

at this point, anyone who rehabilitated from an injury from last year, has their health in a suspect state this year. Seems like no proper testing was administered.
and- seem's they hired the staff from the soap opera General Hospital to be the Yanx 2019 Training Staff...

Start with Jeter then work back to the many legends who made this franchise what it was. Judge, Stanton and Sanchez in my view are not capable of winning looking at the number of days they have failed to show for work. After LeMahieuhit that tie bomb in game 6 to even up his team Judge looked putrid with his follow up strike out. I don't know how this team will make out but I do know this. My schedule of life in '20 will not hinge on televised Yankee Game. They don't give a fuck why should I

I was almost sure that Judge was going to be the next huge home grown Yankee star...not so sure now.
I've been off the Stanton/Sanchez train for some time now.

Torrez has some flashes of greatness but he's a little too "hot dog" to suit me and I'm not sold on the fact that he's our long term answer at SS defensively.

...hopefully, our new Ace will be as expected.

...so LeMahieu may now be my new fav.

I though Judge would be the new Yankee Icon .People respect Judge are puling for him but when not the field you're out of the minds of the Fans. Players on that '19 team that lit my fire were Old Man Gardner, Urshela, and LaMahieu. with Maybin & Tauchmin chipping in. Those men played the game with heart and spunk.

Happ has looked good in the spring. Hopefully, he can carry it into the regular season.

Rumor and precaution that Gary Sanchez is being tested for coronavirus. And so it begins.
The way things are going, this team is a shell of the one they are advertising!
