Cavs playing with a lot more aggressiveness and are putting up some resistance on defense for the first time in a long while. Silas is mixing things up a lot more tonight, thats definitely a good sign. Lebron getting steals and running the open floor. He is unstoppable in transition. Spurs are starting to sneak in and get offensive boards now, we have to keep up our intensity the whole way.
I'm not even sure if "embarrassing" is the right word. Who could defend LeBron when he brings his A-game?
King..... How do do that fav team, location, etc, thing on the side???? Although Ira is again giving us little offense, he is best suited with this starting lineup with Williams giving the bench a lift. Newble helps us more defensively and is good on the boards. Nice hustle Cavs!!!
Karma, Scroll up to the top of the page, and in the top left corner there's an option called "User CP." Click that, then after the screen loads, look along the left column and choose "Edit Profile."
Cavs up 39/35 @ the half James has 18 and 7, with 2 steals and a block Z has 9 and 6 Boozer has 0, 3, and 2 (KingMelo who?) Williams has 6 and 4 off the bench Duncan has 6, 8, and 1 Parker has 10, 1, and 2 Cavs held the Spurs to a FG% of just 29.8% in the half, Cavs shot 39.5
It seemed when the last T.O the cavs took they where just playing around till the half in the final 2 mins and gave up there 9 pt lead to 4 now. They are playing good ball
Lets hope there are no typical 3rd quarter blues. James needs to stay aggressive, while keeping Z involved. Good hustle in the half, but we need to lift at both ends to steal a win tonight! And thanks Sky. I was a bit lazy not looking myself. Thanks again!
Thanks for helping Karma Skywzrd, good lookin' out. 3rd quarter will tell the story. Usually it is like the Cavs take sleeping pills hoping they would click in by the time they hit their flight. I don't want to get my hopes up, I really don't because we know how how most of the games end up. Go Cavs!
We stumbled into halftime giving up a put back to Brown and allowing Parker to take it the length of the floor and get to the foul line. Cavs need to come out after half with the same intensity they showed at the beginning. 3rd quarters have been brutal for us the last 5 games as we have been outscored on average by 10 points. We can't afford to fall way behind the Spurs because they don't play a style that lets teams back into games. Hopefully, we'll have a Boozer sighting in the 2nd half. The first half goes to show that he still needs a lot of work offensively. He isn't to the point yet where he is a go to guy. Solid defenders who keep him off the glass are usually quite successful at shutting him down.
Unless LeBron continues his torrid pace, the team absolutely needs more from Boozer in the second half. Hard to believe he and Duncan only shot a combined 2-14. And Newble. pfft. I keep expecting this guy to break out of his season long slump, but I now realize my error in judgment.
Boozer turns the ball over, then on the next trip down the court, LeBron dishes it to Z next to the basket, but instead of dunking it, he goes for a weak layup, gets fouled, and the layup doesn't go down. DUNK IT Z! Sheesh, he was right there. Yep, it's the 3rd quarter alright. :-o
At least they have finally woke up. Bringing in Wags wasn't a bad idea even though he stuggled early. Make up for it boy. James is like Oh man! I'm liking what I am seeing post all star game! EFFICIENCY! Find your shot McInnis. When do we play in Portland so we can pick his shot up, apparently Jeff left it there. Doh, we've already played there. Could someone courier it please.
Hey CavaliersFan25. Didn't take you long to jump aboard. And yes it is good to see Booz wake from his slumber! McInnis and Booz bring us home in the final minutes of the quarter to be within 2! Big 4th people!
