I love the Spurs. They are a great organization. Two ways it goes with LMA: He accepts Pop's teaching, is willing to do more dirty work, and finally becomes a great all-around player. Or, he acts like a star twat and focuses on all the wrong shit and Pop destroys him. No player will win that game with Pop.
I agree with this, and like the odds of the former. Something about Pop makes it very easy to fall in line. I can tell you Spursfan is a bit skeptical, LMA talked a bit too much about "touches" and his "numbers" this summer, which is anathema to our system. WE SHALL SEE.

I meant I hope they stop, he doesn't deserve it anymore, he should have retired half a decade ago. They're selecting him based on his performance ten years ago, the need to leave spots open for people who earn it. Hell I'm surprised Duncan can pass the physical to play anymore...they must be letting him slide on that too.
