Not a real hockey fan, but I was rooting for the Canucks. Well, congrats to Boston anyway.

Rioting was crazy, some guys thought i was a good idea to park their m3s and audi's right near where they were showing the game on the big screens and they were quickly smashed and burnt. A bunch of cars in a parkade were set on fire too.

But only heathen Oakland Raiders fans go on rioting rampages! Canadians surely would never do such a thing.

Woo Boston! Wonder if Thomas will win the Vezina. Also Thrilla, your fucking high if you think that was the best season for a goalies performance.

Patrick Roy is by far a better goalie and had equal or better seasons than Tim Thomas had.

Stats, boom. 3 time Conn Smythe winner, 4 time Stanley Cup winner, won the Calder Cup, 5 time William M. Jennings Trophy winner, 3 time Vezina Trophy winner, 11 All-Star Games, First Team All-Star 4 times, Second Team All-Star 2 times.

Prove it with stats. You can't. I'm talking one season only, not career.

He was a stone wall in 04-05. Nothing went by him.

Also, Brodeur and Hasek have had some seasons where you could have nicknamed them 'the great wall'.

Thomas had one of the best seasons of the modern era, no doubt. His numbers suffer a bit because he didn't play as much as his contemporaries.

    10-11 Thomas: 57g, 2.00ga, .938s%
    05-06 Kiprusoff: 74g, 2.07ga, .923s%
    01-02 Roy: 63g, 1.94ga, .925s%
    97-98 Hasek: 72g, 2.09ga, .932s%
    96-97 Brodeur: 67g, 1.88ga, .927s%

I'm including the postseason in my statement, that is what matter most anyways.
