Because it is a public school, I mean a failing government school full of very bright college bound students, it is free and no scholarship needed. The Public Charter School Janiyah has currently attended for 4 months after years of waiting, while it may be better than most of Philly's shitty Public Schools, has no real art program and is still shitty compared to just about any private school in America. All public schools, including Public Charters, spend an inordinate amount of time and effort pushing a Democratic Party view of "what's wrong with America" while pushing grossly inaccurate revisions of US History or not teaching history at all. Janiyah's current school also appears to have no History, Social Sciences, Civics, or English classes.
