The first was the 2004 home opener against the Clippers, as a random "Never been to the RG, let's go!" thing. Man, that was a crappy team, but we won, and we sat in the ring of seats right under the boxes. After the Oden lottery I got season tickets in the BlazerManiac section even though we lived in Seattle, and I made most of the Friday-Sunday games (no kids at that time, and we found a fun church in Portland for game weekends). We had tickets for two years until they almost doubled the prices for the same seats, and actually ended up selling many of them the last year as Mrs. FromWA started working some weekend days. The last one (up until the 2 over Christmas break this year) was the only one we lost, when I got tickets up close and personal and we brought two friends with us from SEA for my wife's birthday. We were up a bunch and then just choked it away against CHA when we still had (slim) playoff hopes. We didn't renew for the next season, then Mrs. got pregnant, then we moved away. But until her birthday I'd never seen a loss in person (and actually had accumulated a bunch of chalupa coupons that I used for midnight rations on the drive back).
