    right on. He does have the ability to go to the hoop and his passing skills are good.
    I watched him play while at UM and he was a scrapper and played with lots of energy. I know he's taller but he does remind me a bit of Steve Blake his overall game, energy and some antics.

    After reading all the articles and quotes from Stauskas, it sounds like he has a lot of genuine gratitude for the opportunity the Blazers have given him... this makes me feel a bit better that we will be able to retain him with a home town discount if he has a big year

    According to basketball-reference.com, Nik Stauskas is currently the third most popular player in the NBA, trailing only LeBron and Steph Curry:

    Neil bought low. Time to sell high. Stauskas and Turner for Jimmy Butler (who didn't even make the top 10, in spite of all the drama in MIN). Never mind Stauskas can't be traded until 12/15. Trader Bob would have found a way to make it happen. Rules are for fools! Neil's too busy sitting on his hands and parking his own car to get creative and find a loophole in the CBA he can exploit. Right, @jlprk?
