The jazz had a big steal come on Kirk Snyder was going to get drafted in the top ten and then kris humpries he averaged 20.0 points and 10.0 in collage as a freshman.
Peter John Ramos was a great pick for the Wizards. He's looked good in limited minutes w/ the Puerto Rican National Team.
In addition to my first selection (Kirk Snyder), I am going to have to go with Royal Ivey of Texas if the Hawks sign him. He was a big reason for their final four run two years ago and the good run thwy had last year. He is very good offensivly and is a good defender. It is just wheather he gets time or not. Also watch out for Tim Pickett out of Florida State who was signed by New Orleans. He is a very good slasher, and he can shoot the ball.
Steal of the draft there are so many Chris Duhon the guy may not have put great numbers up since he played wit jj reddick, daniel ewing, sheldon williams and luol deng all scorers but he proved he was a great floor general and one of the better deffensive point guards in the league. Peter John Ramos This guy is like 7-3 19 yrs. old and can run the floor how do you not draft him in the first round. Dorell W right out of South Kent he is already being called the next TMAC/KOBE. Jammer Nelson is self explantory. Sasha Vujaic he is a 6-7 point him and Kobe will make each other better. These last 2 playes should have been considered steals if they were drafted and thats Darius Rice and Matt Frejie these to have loads and loads of potental.
ACtually those 2, Rice and Frieje were drafted... Well not Rice but Matt went 2nd round 54th to the Heat. A great shooter with size. Rice played for the Heat on the Summer League team... I hope he gets signed with the Heat. Dorell Wright, biggest steal in the draft by far...
I wouldnt say "steal" but... Sebastian Telfair. Watch him pull off Kobe Bryant few years from now, lucky 13 bae-bay.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting yanix:</div><div class="quote_post">Sasha Vujavic by the LA lakers.... he did pretty good in the Summer League</div>
Dorrell Wright was not the biggest steal in the draft. He still hasn't proved himself. No matter how well he does in summer league play. Until I see him play well in the regular season he's not the steal.
I think the steal of the draft would definately be the Charlotte Bobcats gettin Emeka Okafor at #2 pick...because Orlando didnt get him at #1 Nah i would have to say Sebastian Telfair because i think hes gonna be the next Stephon Marbury since they both went to the same High School in Brooklyn and both threw up mad stats that were almost alike
^Yeah, but Telfair is very undersized, and more so than Stephon Marbury. Sebastian is only 5'11 on a good day. When Stephon Marbury is 6'2. So Sebastian has more pressure.
Dorell Wright is the steal of the draft because its not what you have done it is what u will do. His potential is very good so i consider him a steal

Yeah but he had proved himself on a bigger level than the New York city high school circuit. Also Sebastian is much more flashy and has less basic skills, then Ford who was much less raw talent.
The steal of the draft is the easiest thing to name it was of course Jameer Nleson and anyone who says other wise is either syaing it as a bias choice or just dont like Jameer. He was a lottery pick that fell down dont know why probably because stupid GM's taking young players with not nearly as much talent like for example Telfier. He is the college player of the year, lead st. joes to a perfect season, and almost a final four birth. He was the best player in the highest level of basketball out side of the NBA in America and hespent all four years there. He will probably be a top runner for rookie of the year.

That's almost as ludicrous a statement as someone saying "my opinion is fact and everyone else is an idiot." This year's Paul Pierce? You're going to deservedly draw some serious commentary to the contrary on that one. Even if Jameer doesn't end up being an undersized, marginal player, you're setting the bar for him to be an elite player in the NBA, something that you can't possibly back up at this point. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">He is the college player of the year, lead st. joes to a perfect season, and almost a final four birth. What's your point? College success does not equal NBA success. Jameer might be a good player, but you're making his college success out to mean that he's a shoe in for NBA success and in IMO, that's a recipe for disaster. As a poster, I also don't appreciate your statement that everyone who doesn't agree with you is just stating so because they are purposely bias, or serving thier own agenda. The statement is absurd and lowers your credibility exponentially.
