I'll be honest with you, as an eagles fan I hate the Giants. But I would like for them to be competitive, cause I think that Eagles-Giants games are always the best games of the season. I am dissapointed with the Giants management choosing to pretty much start all over. I thought that Kerri Collins, even though not great is a above average QB in the NFL. He did take you guys to the Super Bowl 2 years ago. I felt that with improvement on the O-line, and maybe few more playmakers the Giants would be very competitive team this year. But this just doesn't make sense. They sign Carlos Emmons who is frankly on his last legs at age 31, and not sign much younger Dhani Jones. Which made me think they want to win now. Then then go ahead and Draft manning, and give up next years 1st round pick. Does this make sense to any of you??? It's like the right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing. You should either go into a full-blown rebuild mode, and just cut everyone. Take a bad year, and start all over. But signing older player to large contracts, is just not smart business.
