    I didn't dispute that Mueller is under the auspices of the executive branch. That's the one thing you've been right about since I've known you, which I stipulated in my earlier post.

    I said that there's no substantive difference in the powers or scope of a special counsel or a special prosecutor, which is right.

    There's no evidence that Mueller has in any way restricted what the president can do. Trump himself has chosen to obsess about the investigation, but that's a choice Trump made.
