So we're basically coming to acceptance on this being a 1-player "team". Much like Harden's teams.....there's one player who matters and runs things. There's one player who gets the ball, there's one player who runs the offense.....Dame. No team.

Is that the vibe I'm getting here? After all, he seems to be picking the next coach....

If they hire Chauncey over Kidd the clock starts ticking with Dame. One disappointing season and the talking will start.

 

Not necessarily. However, I expected Dame to wise up that we need a better TEAM, not just him and his bestest-friend head coach, whoever it is.

I guess we'll see. I found the Jail Blazers shit to be fucking stupid. This at least was something that he did that was a terrible crime. That being said, I would hope that we have forgiveness and a place for an overly indulged misogynistic young man who hopefully made a change and turned into a good man. I don't know why there is a logical reason that a team like the Bucks can acknowledge a change but we shouldn't.

 

We still don't know that head coach is the only significant move that will be made. I still think CJ will be traded.

Oh shit, Jason Kidd just owned up to his and copped to it and moved on without another incident that was anywhere close to similar.

Edit: Hitting a woman is completely unacceptable but hitting your wife in my estimation isn't even on the same level of sexual assault. Maybe that's just me and also we don't know the situation because it was settled out of court and Jason Kidd's situation was settled on the record with the court.

 

If it was quoted accurately, the fact he went public to me means his request wasn't well-received privately. Of course, he has a direct line to management.
