Damian Lillard - A+ He did everything well and was very efficient. His ability to keep his dibble alive in the paint and find the open man makes me want D'Antoni for this team even more. There's no better system that would fit him better than D'Antoni's. Meyers Leonard - B Showed flashes but also looked very raw. Hiring the right bigman coach is going to be key. He bites on every pump-fake, but showed good timing on the weak-side. Love his upside.
PapaG- if it's such a useless thread, why are YOU the one who has used it the most? Something to ponder....
If we see these numbers from Lilliard in the regular season, he'll be the best rookie since David Robinson.
PapaG- a way you might've stated the same facts: I agree with most of your post but I think you're selling Luke Babbitt short. He had the best +/- and his overall numbers were solid. Why couldn't you have said that instead of attacking like you did. Let's share thoughts and ideas in here, not bash people over the head when you disagree with them. Peace.

I think it's funny how our old buddy PapaG will be cruising along having a gay old time and then suddenly a day will come along where he just rages about the silliest little things. It makes you wonder if he uses this place as a way to vent his frustrations with life.
When did this turn in to bash PapaG? I thought it was pretty much over, but I guess a few thought they missed out and had to get in a few jabs. I thought Lillard did well and liked Leonard's game as well if not quite as polish as Lillard. GO BLAZERS!!

No doubt. Posters mocking me for attacking others (well, actually this thread), while in turn attacking me, long after this thread was active, seems a bit silly and a bit crazy.
Stop wondering about me. It's creepy. I'm certainly not your "buddy", either. Since we're doing the wondering thing, though, I wonder if people who beg to get their moderating status back do so to compensate for the lack of authoritative power that they have in their real lives.
