This Booker kid had an amazing game...mad respect! Two former Blazer pt guards made proud...Ronnie Price and Earl Watson! Both guys I like! Happy for them even though they lost.

    That's crazy.

Thomas was being a little bitch after the game. He's so overrated. If you switch Thomas, and dame, Boston would be way better, and Portland would be way worse.

To be fair it was a little facilitated by the fact Phoenix are playing to lose so they don't care abou the score, and could keep getting the ball to Booker once he got 30 or 40 to inflate his score. No way does Booker get to shoot 40 times and gets to the line 26 times on another team.

That said, Philadelphia should have looked for someone like him instead of taking Okafor in 2015.

It doesn't really matter if Suns were forcing it or not, the fact is he scored 70. A kid that was born in 1996, damn! And he has so much room for improvement.

Funny thing that despite he scored 70 it was also one of his best games in terms of rebounds and assists. It wasn't just an empty stat sheet in all other areas.

Was hyped to see the highlights, was kinda boring lol.

Klay shot 60 in 3 quarters, usually this point whoring situation doesn't happen.

I feel as if individual offensive stats are very inflated in today's NBA. You are literally not allowed to touch a player once he starts dribbling the ball.
Scoring 50 in the 90's was way harder than scoring 70 in today's NBA imo.

You just made me realize a guy my age scored 70 in a NBA game. That's fucked up

I really liked Booker before this, and I still really like him. The game didn't really change anything for me.

The game was out of hand so his teammates kept feeding him, and Boston kept falling for pump fakes. Yawn.

Also, two games previous he scored 11 points on 16 shots with 7 turnovers. That game doesn't change anything either.

Serious question. Would Phoenix do that?

Has anyone else ever cracked a green egg in a hot frying pan? I've seen some really gross stuff in my life, and that one ranks pretty high on my list....

Not necessarily, I just realized what you said was very similar to what Lavar Ball said.

Dame and Thomas play exactly alike. Both shoot first scoring PGs and both terrible defenders.

I agree and not to take anything away from his performance. In today's NBA a player like LeBron James could beak Wilt Chamberlain's 100 point mark on a good day if they really wanted to.

It's not that Thomas is better than Dame but their extremely similar players. If anything Thomas being only 5'9'' makes what he does very impressive

Except for the fact that, I'm talking about an overrated "MVP" candidate. And lavar was talking about a 2 time MVP.

    CJ is better than Thomas.

Thomas is putting up great scoring numbers because he's surrounded by elite defenders at every position, and has a great coach.

Switch him with either of Dame or CJ, and Boston is the #1 seed.

    He's overrated.
