    i also had Zach Randolph in mind. He was putting up crazy numbers last season, and this season has been quite solid, but he's just not managing to break through to that next level. Being stuck out in Portland with a team with no concept and no idea of where to go or how to develop is certainly not helping. He needs to be traded to a medium-caliber team with a good concept, but where he'd still be getting good minutes.

He got his huge contract and he's simply not playing as hard as he was 2 years ago.

    i think he gave up on himself. And attitude problems and portland is not exactly news. I'm a fan, i've lived over there, i know all about the jailblazers. It's no fun to watch. But Bonzi Wells made it outta there and is doing well now, so don't give up on Randolph.
