It's simple, Kobe Bryant is perhaps the best all around shooting guard in the league today. Tracy doesn't even fall into that second spot, Paul Pierce does. Why you may ask? Tracy McGrady doesn't play defense. He isn't a leader, he's primarily just an offensive oriented player. Which is fine because he's a shooting guard, but you can see he doesn't have the tools needed to lead his team on both ends of the floor. Kobe and Paul, they do.
