No it isn't. Gay is shooting at a 49% clip. He's doing this for a half a year by taking bad shots? Again, I'll let stats speak instead of opinion.
Wolves won 15 last year, have won 10 this year. And this clown thinks they have a brighter future than Portland?
Kevin Love is rebounding the ball like the NBA hasn't seen since Rodman and they are still the doormats of the NBA. Beasley is a PF (Jamison-esque) and Love is a PF and with these two players on the same roster one will always be playing out of position. Martell/Johnson are both 'meh' prospects. The next two drafts best player (Irving, Jones, etc.) are positions they are supposedly set at with Rubio and Love/Beasley.
Meh. Blazer fans are paying the price for all the premature "we're gonna be a dynasty" talk. Might as well get used to it.
Webster is hardly a prospect at this point. He's a year or two from his prime, still playing at mediocre reserve level and hasn't improved to any significant degree since his rookie season, at least with respect to offense.
After wasting two very high lottery picks on PGs, the Wolves STILL had to sign TWO free agent PGs. They have NO plan. I'm not worried about Minnesota being better than the Blazers any time soon. The Blazers may not live up to expectations, but it's mostly due to injuries. if we had a healthy Oden and a healthy Roy, we would be winning 60 games regularly and challenging for a title. We don't. So we aren't. That's hardly "news". BNM
Seriously..... first they stuck with McHale too damn long, and now they're letting Kahn run the team even further into the ground. It's amazing. I still wouldn't mind getting a couple of their prospects.
