Taiwan leader, US Speaker McCarthy meet in California despite Chinese warnings China will run more amphibious training, not sure what other "retaliation" they have planned. They have been cozying up to Russia and the Saudi's quite a bit lately.

Totally agree it's sabre rattling as I don't believe the Pacific to be the powder keg that some others do. Also completely support Taiwan and their democratic leadership doing whatever they wish. The posturing to Russia and SA are what's more concerning in regards to China, imo.
