    I would say currently the blazers have the third or fourth worst roster in the Western conference.

    That poor record was mostly a result of Olshey's incompetence--a roster he intended to win couldn't do so. Since Cronin has been making moves, ostensibly building a roster to lose, the Blazers have been winning.

    So what does that have to do with saying that players don't intentionally lose games? Again, you don't want to player on your team that will intentionally throw a game.
