Weird that you would bring up Trump in this discussion. I thought this was about Reade’s accusation of Biden.

As for not having evidence Biden hasn’t been touchy feely, I can share a montage of how many times publicly Biden has inappropriately touched women and kids. I don’t think we need to go there.

I 100% agree with your statement that allegations aren’t concrete evidence, but here we are in an age where it is.

It doesn't matter if she was or wasn't wearing anything, but the cynical person in me says she is bringing that up so it sounds more plausible.

Why is it weird? They are running a campaign against each other...are two wealthy powerful white men who have been accused of innapropriate sexual conduct...fits the narrative

I think it’s highly plausible. I also have suspicion that this is a move by the Sanders’s campaign.

It’s weird because there are already 3 other threads where you can discuss Trump’s allegations. This thread is about Reade’s accusation, not those who alleged against Trump.

That was my thinking. It just seems like a bit of an odd thing to say.

Weird how many people who threw a blind eye to the countless accusations against Trump seem to think they're now the defender of women when it comes to sexual assault.

Inappropriate touching is not in the same ball park as allegedly forcing your hand down a womans dress, up her thigh and sticking one or more of them into her vagina.

But you know that, and you know that it's spin.

Again, Republicans/conservatives/MAGAites lost the right to be high and mighty when it comes to this (much like those who blindly supported Clinton despite several accusations against him).

Trump hasn’t mentioned this once. That’s false.

Sexual assault and rape: Including statutory rape and sexual assault and allegations of inappropriate touching.
That’s a straw man if I ever saw one. No, just because the person you support has had alleged sexual misconduct does not exclude you from having an opinion on any other matter of the same allegation. And, as I clearly stated several times, I support innocent until proven guilty.

You can say that till you are blue in the face, but your actions don't support your words.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
What makes you think the Senate archives are closed? Apparently, The New York Times checked the archives for that complaint and couldn't find it.

Reade told The Times she filed a written complaint against Biden with the Senate personnel office. But The Times could not find any complaint. When The Times asked Reade for a copy of the complaint, she said she did not have it. Yet she maintained and provided a copy of her 1993 Senate employment records.

It is odd that Reade kept a copy of her employment records but did not keep a copy of a complaint documenting criminal conduct by a man whose improprieties changed “the trajectory” of her life. It’s equally odd The Times was unable to find a copy of the alleged Senate complaint.

To me, it's offensive to even suggest that's a relevant question.

Why? If it actually went to a trial you don't think it would be brought up? It's really not relevant what you find offensive

I don't visit all these threads mags...I'm conversational. Segregating threads serves no purpose to me when discussions are about the candidates in an upcoming election. Reade's accusation is a political subject with tributaries around the campaign. We're adults, we should be able to have these discussions

Based on what?...if anything, why would/should anyone logically believe it's from Bernie instead of the GOP ?

It's right out of the trump playbook in the chapter about deflection.

The New York Times clearly stated their reporting didn’t mean it didn’t happen. It also doesn’t mean that it doesn’t exist. Biden has to release the records for proper investigation

Because the allegation is by a Sanders supporter and made before the Democrat primaries.
