That's great for us as a team, though. Fresh legs, man.

Devils advocate: Is there a chance that the Blazers FO doesn't want dame participating, and instead of the publicity of dropping out his minutes have been limited?

Dame doesn't need to exert all that effort to hit a shot at the buzzer.

So many horrible jokes I could say, but I will refrain.

As far as non blazers go, rose is very like able. I hope he returns to MVP form, it would be great for the league.

I agree but does he really deserve a starting spot on this team after barely playing for two years? I just don't get it. Westbrook is way more explosive in my opinion.

Westbrook would probably start if he didn't drop out. Dames biggest hurdle is the fact that he's only been in the league 2 years...plus the fact he didn't go to duke.

I think dame would be better than drose, but I understand why they would pick drose.

Did he miss another wide open dunk?

He might say all the right things, but you just have to think that Dame is stewing right now. Maybe a cut from this will be good for him.

But he did mention that if he was gonna get cut, he'd rather get it out of the way early so he can focus on improving his game for the NBA. This is only adding fuel to fire.

No he actually made a layup this time. All of Chicago went on to cream themselves.

Is there anyone in the nba more deserving of some rest?

Dame should have a month of beach time before having to get back to camp.

Thibodeau being on staff sure doesn't decrease the U.S. team putting out Rose publicity.

I bet dame gets more time in the 2nd half.

And there might be a point to be made in the fact that dame was 1 of the 12/16 players who has played.

Could care less if Dame makes the USA squad or not. Just another cash grab in the guise of "patriotism".

Get him some rest. Cut him, piss him off and just enjoy what happens.

Yeah, but I doubt they need a 5th guard if you count Harden as one along with Rose, Irving, and Curry.

Anthony Davis should be the face of team usa, over lebron and KD.

Drummond has a much stronger case.
