No I don't think Terry Stotts is laughing at all. I think he watches the games and is pulling for Dame to be successful. I think he is as upset as most of us at seeing this team go through a tough stretch. I also think he is experienced enough to know that all teams go through tough stretches and knows this team can play better.

Not necessarily. There’s been a big push to hire more black head coaches in the NBA, which puts guys like Stotts at a disadvantage.
