Only problem with that story is 1) If the drugs were in plain view, then when Taylor discovered his car was vandalized, dont you think he would have noticed them and removed them before the cops arrived?2) Why would somebody vandalize his car to throw 5 pounds of weed in there and a gun? Planting 5 pounds of Weed is extemely excessive and a waste of the person trying to frame him's money. If they were trying to frame him there are smarter ways to do it then that.3) Believe it or not, Texas is a major football program and just like how Reggie Bush's family recieved some benefits from being at USC. Im sure this guy has something to a lesser extent for being at Texas. It's not inconcieveable to believe that he could actually afford that much weed.My bet, is that he was a dealer on the side. That would explain why he would have so much weed, it would explain how he would have the money to afford the weed, and it would also explain why his car was vandalized, because im sure he has some enemies. When his car was vandalized it probably didnt cross his mind that the cops would search it.

Well, if you want to really set someone up, 5 pounds is definately more convincing and brings the view of "intent to distribute," a much greater sentance and career ending conviction than simple "possession."I really think he was set up. While people are stupid, to let yourself be arrested by the cops is beyond stupid.
