    This is where the losing goalie gets all the shame....rock stars in soccer are always the goalies....as to the kickers....that's a pretty big frickin' target...the size of a monster truck bed.

    I’m not much of a soccer fan, but PKs seem like a really lame way to end a match. I’m not saying that just because the Timbers lost. It seems like the NBA equivalent would be shooting free throws to settle a game after the first overtime. First team to miss loses. Lame. I’d rather see a 10 minute period added on and have both teams pull their goalies. Keep doing that until someone wins.
