    Dame is not near the playmaker Paul, Kidd or Nash was.
    Lowry is ballin.....at 13 ppg. Not near superstar status, yet we would be paying Dame $50M by then. Lowry is making $26M.
    Conley has always been 5x the defensive presence Dame has been, but that is declining.

    Father Time will still take the bet.

    What about Chandler Parsons, Spencer Hawes, and Hedo Turkuglu? All had Portland as their second option in free agency.

    You proved my point. Those guys all sucked. Especially after signing their deals elsewhere.

    One of our best free agent signings was Andre Miller. Our star at the time Roy made him feel like crap on the team and never even wanted him. He missed his homeboy Blakey.

    Kyle Lowry.... can't be the #1 option on a team anymore.

    Mike Conley..... lol

    Nash.... wasn't the #1 option on his teams.

    Kidd..... wasn't the number one option on his teams.....

    Billups.... wasn't making 50 million and wasn't the #1 option on his teams.

    I'm seeing a trend here.....

    One thing Powell didn't do is set the franchise record for most consecutive games with five or more made 3-pointers, which Trent Jr. accomplished with his fifth such game in the win over Miami. Not that it means anything.
