    It just doesn’t make sense…
You had to move Powell to get under tax? You couldn’t do that with just Roco?
No way there wasn’t a better return for norm

Like I said, I hate it but if what other teams needed to make bigger moves were contracts like Bledsoe's that has an option to cut 13M then I guess it can be redeemed. I don't care about losing trades, I care about the team getting better if that means immediately or by adding draft assets. If on Thursday afternoon we are better than we were yesterday, then I guess I won't care so much that we just gifted the Clippers two really solid players for jack shit.

I'm pretty sure Bledsoe can't be combined with any others as part of a trade.

And any trade exceptions we are getting aren't getting used this year because it will hurt our tax situation.

Considering the $ differences in this deal alone (almost exactly what we needed to duck the tax), I'm inclined to believe we might be done dealing actually.

Its gonna be Nurk for Plumlee and Carney

CJ for Dinwiddie and Thomas Bryant

And we'll probably throw in Ant and Little for shit & giggles.

Looks like Harden for Simmons will happen, IMO this is huge mistake for 76’s, Harden has give a shit attitude on court.

one is a rookie with 14 games of experience in the g league, the other can impact the game without shooting.

From Johnson's draft profile: Johnson will need some time to refine his ball-handling, shooting and play-making skills but his elite athleticism and rock solid frame give him a nice NBA ceiling.
At this point he drives the ball mostly to the right but he does so effectively and with a lot of success. He’s got great burst into the lane and explodes above the rim.

In some ways he plays like a young Ron Artest, being physical in the paint, rebounding the heck out the ball and also initiating the offense as a point forward. Another player Johnson reminds me of is Jaylen Brown, with his physical driving style and high end athleticism. It’s too early to say if he’ll be as good as those two players but the tools are there.

At this point outside shooting isn’t a strength but his shot certainly isn’t broken and will surely improve over the course of his career. He’s a slasher and a hustle player who doesn’t need to be a first or second option on offense to have a big impact on the game.
On the defensive end is where Johnson really stands out. He’s a pesky, hard-nosed defender who gives great effort and really looks in on his man. He plays passing lanes well and has very quick hands. At 6-5 he’s got enough size to guard SFs and his quick feet and awesome lateral agility allow him to stay in-front of just about any player out there.

This is definitely with strong input from Billups. Tough defensive guys.
