Well, Bernie is the only one who calls himself a Democratic Socialist. I suppose if you want to call the others that, you can, but then you can call them canned spinach if you want to... but it doesn't mean they are. As for "DS policies", we already have "free" education for at least 12 years already. Is that system Capitalism, but making it 14 or 16 years instead of 12 suddenly makes it Socialist? barfo
Canned spinach, Im Popeye the sailor man! Loved that cartoon! Olive Oil was to whinny however... I think within a year and a half we will find out who believes in what? I didn't here much discussion on how to keep business thriving and surviving in the world market place the other night. Im for great balance, but Im not optimistic those on the right and left really are, they mostly interested in politics and their way or no way.
That was the appeal of Olive. Like everyone else in those cartoons she was stupid and her whiny voice was somehow appealing to me even though normally I can't stand a whiny voice. I guess I found her so ridiculous that she was very funny. I've watched those cartoons for many decades. Also, it got me to eat spinach which I normally abhorred. Well, that and the old airplane trick where a spoon full of food was an airplane inviting me to bite it.

Well, just got done watching both debates. 90% of you are extremely looney leftists if you think any of these people are “good” candidates. The only decent one was Tulsi, and she will get railroaded by the DNC and the liberal media. The most disingenuous candidate by far? Heels up Harris, a child of privilege if I’ve ever seen one... trying to play it off as some downtrodden minority who had to fight for everything in her life. Disgusting.
